I loved it. It's the best thing ever. It helps with headaches, and even outside the refrigerator it stays cold, and in the freezer it gives a tingling sensation when you put it on, which helps a lot with migraines. I loved it.

Useful. I bought it for my migraine attacks. It keeps well in the refrigerator, but the actual freshness doesn't last long. In the freezer, it lasts longer, about 30 minutes or so. Still, it maintains the feeling of freshness for much longer 👌It's comfortable and really relieves pain.

I am delighted with these. It's moderately heavy and cool. It's summer now, I came from the hot street with a package and tried it - I don't know how it helps with migraines, but if you overheat in the heat, it's simply a lifesaver. I highly recommend it to everyone for the summer.

Have a few of these in different places just incase, very effective relief for migraines. Useful to have a few as they can heat up after 10mins, putting them in a fridge helps a bit more but not necessary

I didn’t realize this is supposed to be used cold, i’ve been using it at room temperature, and the compression alone has helped my sinus headaches. I don’t have migraines, but now that i know it’s supposed to be used cold, i can’t wait to try it. This thing is amazing.
