Better than anything else I've tried so far

I have "runner's knee" and a weak ankle after a break a few years ago. This feels so good either warm or cold after a long day on my feet, or in times of extra pain. The ankle fits me perfectly as a medium sized woman although the knee is a bit big. Wonderful relief

At the top, having tested cryotherapy before, it's great. I use it for an Achilles tendonitis. I leave it in the freezer overnight and use a 15-minute session in the morning.
