Nothing beats the cold, light compression the Calm Core Migraine Cap gives me in the middle of an attack. I'd put up with forehead gel strips and ice packs for so long but they're not always practical to keep in place, nor do they give you the blissful relief desperately needed. I also found this cap is stretchy enough to work perfectly on upper thighs - discovered when I had a pesky insect bite in need of some cooling down! The cap stays cool for an exceptional amount of time out of the freezer and the material is so soft so no sensory nightmares either. It doesn't squeeze your head but applies a nice, light, consistent pressure all around so it keeps good contact with the areas which need it without exacerbating matters.

When no amount of painkillers come close to touching a head ache or migraine I reach for my calmcore. Even out of the fridge it is a blessing. A combination of the texture, pressure and blocking out light and some sound - I wouldn't be without. Love mine and highly recommend.

This migraine mask works amazingly. it’s just the right amount of tight, it’s also incredibly comfortable. i sleep in it every night and it stays in place, blocks out all the light and stays cold until i am asleep. it stays cold for a really long time and because of the material it’s really easy to fold and fit into the freezer really easily.

Bought a headache cap previously from somewhere else but this is even better, even without putting it into the fridge or freezer, the cool feeling is so relieving and the pressure is just nice to lay and sleep with it on

Can wear on head or nice and soft to lay on for side or back of head. Did not take away my migraine but helped me to cope. Prompt delivery. I would recommend this product for your migraine management tool box.
