My daughter has extremes joint pain, hand swelling and intense pain in her hands and feet. Heat makes all her symptoms unbearable . These gloves have been an incredible help to her especially with the current heatwave! We bought a second pair and have them constantly on rotation so she always has a cold pair ready to go. They are light so don’t add additional pain to her swollen hands. I would highly recommend them .

I have fibromyalgia and being able to swap between hot and cold is brilliant. Both the hot and cold provide so much relief. I really recommend these items!

Ordered two but only received one. Got refund to missing item right away. The gel inside freezes really well and feels great wrapped around my wrist.

Great for wrist pain

I haven't used it yet but it looks good and comfy and seems a decent size. Im looking forward to placing my broken hand inside once it's been iced. Delivery was quick. I will also try microwaving it. It looks well made and of decent quality. Iced does help to sooth a sore hand.

I have neuropathy in my right hand due to neck hernias.
Cold hurts extra much... so I started looking for a glove that heats up.

Sits comfortably...but several sellers state that the glove can be heated in the microwave for 50 seconds.
I was cautious and did 30 seconds. Then I burned my thumb on the inside of the glove.
So I would recommend doing 20 seconds, and if your microwave isn't strong then increase by 5 seconds for the next round of heating.

Advantage is that you can continue to use your phone / tablet screen normally.

For people who need a cold pack, this is definitely recommended too.
It arrived in the mail and fit right away, but it was cold here at 2 degrees Celsius.
So I quickly took off the glove hihihi.

Perfect gloves as I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and we have to put gel on the canals. The touch is soft and it lasts long enough. The price is very economical.
